My own Angel - 2

I (the anime) Angelic Layer and finally got around to doing what I said I wanted to a long time ago and making my own Angel. This is my as-yet-unnamed (open to suggestions) Angel!

Yes, she used to be a Barbie. A blonde, long-haired, fully poseable, yardsale-found, flat-footed Barbie. Long time ago I had made her a pair of jeans and a raver-looking shirt... she was neat back then. But then things changed. For a long time she ran around nekkid, wearing nothing but those pink sneakers (from my "Maxie" doll I used to have ages ago), and posing for drawing-reference on command.

And then...

I cut her hair
I colored her hair with a (magenta!) Sharpie
I colored her eyes with a (neon green!) Sharpie
I got her some clothes (Dollar Store)
Made her some wings (Taco Bell cup)
Made her goggles with antennas (used to be barbie dive gear accessory, scuba mask thingy. I subtracted rubber parts from it and added cut pieces of pink plastic barbie sunglasses, little sequins, and a Sharpie-colored piece of clear plastic)
Made her wires (plastic string, sequins and beads)
Made her necklace (bit of ball chain)

And therefore... made her into my very own Angel. YAY! Oh... colored her eyebrows magenta too. Hooray for way-too-much explanation! Just enjoy the pics and be jealous that your Angel's not as cool as mine. Whats that? You dont have an Angel? I'm a dork? Ah. Yeah... I knew that.
