Ugh I feel like crap today guys. Managed to pick up a cold, somehow. I blame my local post office. People crammed in there like sardines, coughing and sneezing on each other while they try to do their mailings. Yep. A veritable cesspool of filth and disease. lol.

At least my throat doesn't feel like a thousand needles are crammed into it, today. Yesterday it felt like that, every time I swallowed. Now it just feels like I've got a bowling ball stuck in my sinus cavities.

I did, in my rotten and broken down sickness, go yesterday to Michaels so that I could use an about-to-expire 60% off coupon, and get some sealant for repainting doll faces! I finally have everything I need to make an attempt in that direction, now. And then of course the Robecca Steam doll I picked up cheap for this purpose, is giving my ideas along the lines of buttons for eyes, which eliminates painting the eyes at all. hahaha. haaaa. But hey. She still has a mouth, and I'm not sure if their bodies can be painted, but probably. Time to find out! Soooooon.

Meanwhile, here are some photos of my little collection of dollies I've acquired for no other reason than I love them!  These aren't going to be customized. Well. Except for Spectra. I added some rainbow hair to her (and in the process, I completely screwed up her hair and made it all frizzy... oops.) - took her lipstick off, too. Eventually I want to repaint her face, or maybe commission someone to do it. Like MurphAinmire, who does badass customs.

Left to right are my Monster High ghouls, Rochelle Goyle, Venus McFlytrap (Behind the couch), then Cayda, my Bratzilla, and her girlfriend Spectra! I made Cayda and Spectra's outfits. Except for Spectra's skirt.

 Allie, one of my three Novi Stars. I made her outfit and accessories, and her stand too.

And my newest addition, Maddie Hatter, who was a gift from a friend!: 




You can see Mae Tallick, another Novi Star, in the background. I made her dress, but it isn't finished yet.

I have twelve dolls in all now... eeks! lol I never intended to have that many. But they make me so ridiculously happy, like... really appeal to my kid/girly side. There's only a few more that I want... at least right now. XD And they give my mom something to do, too - she used to collect dolls, so its sort of a nostalgic thing for her, and she's been enjoying learning how to make clothing for them. Right now, Mae's head and arms are on my desk because Mom's got her body in the sewing room, using her for making patterns. XD
